Due to the nature of digital products and downloadable materials, all digital product purchases are final and non-refundable once access has been provided.

Courses, Training & Workshops

Payments for courses, training programs, workshops, and educational materials are non-refundable once access to the program or materials has been granted.

Coaching & Services

For coaching, consulting, and other scheduled services, clients may request to reschedule with reasonable notice. Missed appointments or cancellations made without sufficient notice may not be eligible for a refund.

Refund Requests
